TECHNICAL INFORMATION
All of our custom products are made using sublimation printing, a technique that offers an extraordinary level of customization across the entire fabric.
The print is integrated directly into the fabric using pigments, resulting in a smooth texture with no raised areas. This ensures exceptional durability: logos, numbers, and text remain intact over time, without fading or peeling.

TIMELINES
From the moment the order is placed and payment is received, production will take approximately 3–5 weeks.
Timelines vary depending on the season
- January–April 15/30 days>
- May–August 20/30 days>
- September–December 25/40 days>
The production process involves several interconnected stages with fixed timelines. Custom orders are made from scratch only upon request, which results in longer wait times.
As soon as your order is ready and handed over to the courier, delivery will take 24–48 hours within Italy, and 48–72 hours to the EU and islands.
*We are not liable for any delivery delays caused by force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, errors in the order form, recipient’s absence, etc.)
We do not accept priority requests. If you need to receive your goods quickly or by a specific date, we offer the option of expedited production in approximately 15 days. Please contact us at shop@kapo-sport.com with all the necessary information; we will review your request and get back to you.
*A minimum order quantity is required for urgent production, and this service incurs an additional cost.
ORDER
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Please note: for REORDERS, the price will always be calculated based on quantity; we therefore recommend ordering additional stock units at the time of your first order.
You can reorder a product by sending a request to shop@kapo-sport.com; we will send you a link with your design to place a new order.
*We cannot guarantee exact color matching compared to previous productions for reorders placed more than 24 months after the original order.
We can provide you with samples of products from the SPORT section. Please send a request to shop@kapo-sport.com with the desired products and sizes. Sample products will feature random or neutral graphics based on stock availability.
Custom samples are available for orders of 200 or more.

You can modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of confirmation. Send an email to shop@kapo-sport.com with your request.
If your order is already in production, it cannot be canceled; in the event of a modification, production times may be delayed.
At checkout, you will be asked for the following information: First Name, Last Name, Address, Tax ID Number.
For businesses, in addition to the full company name, the unique SDI code is required.
